PROFILE
Paolo Angelini (b. 1993) is a photographer and graphic designer based in Italy. In 2016 he received a BFA in Visual Arts at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze. He has been awarded a Fulbright scholarship to study at MCAD, Minneapolis College of Art and Design in Minneapolis, U.S.A. and an Erasmus scholarship for a year exchange program at FAMU, National Czech Film School, in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2022 he obtained an MA in Communication and Design for Publishing at ISIA Urbino, with a thesis titled, Viaggio in una stanza, about the interaction between man, the natural/urban environment and architecture. He curated, together with Mauro Bubbico, the design of Segni Migranti, the monograph of the Italian photographer Mario Cresci. This volume won the Best historical book award at Les rencontres de la photographie d'Arles in 2020. He works as a freelance graphic designer and photographer. He is currently based in Udine, Italy.
